Certified 500hr Yoga Teacher, Yoga Nidra + Meditation Specialist, based in New York City.

Hari Das helps people reclaim their health and find balance in a world that moves too fast. A dedicated practitioner for over a decade, he has experienced firsthand the transformative power of these practices. After a spinal injury that almost required surgery, he discovered a way to heal his body, calm his mind, and restore energy—without relying on medicine or surgery. Now, he teaches others how to do the same.

Rooted in holistic healing and inspired by the ocean, Hari’s approach combines gentle movement, guided relaxation, and breath techniques to release stress, reset the nervous system, and restore physical and mental balance. Through CloudCalm, he partners with studios, wellness brands, and communities to create experiences that help people unplug, recharge, and feel truly renewed.
