Certified 500+hrs Yoga Teacher, Yoga Nidra + Meditation Specialist, based in New York City.

I’m Harold “Hari Das” Hidalgo — founder of CloudCalm Yoga.

My lane in wellness didn’t start on no yoga mat. It started way earlier… with a childhood spinal injury and a near life-threatening moment at 15 that forced me to figure out how to heal without leaning on surgery or heavy meds. I had to learn how to really take care of my body and calm my mind from the inside out.

Back in 2010, I tapped into yoga — and that shift changed everything.

Traditional Vedic philosophy, breathwork, mindful movement… that’s what helped me rebuild my strength, reset my nervous system, and reconnect with something way bigger than me — nature, presence, all of it.

Now I teach from that same space.

My cloud sessions mix Vedic wisdom with that calm, expansive ocean energy — the kind that slows everything down and brings you back to yourself. People leave my sessions feeling light, grounded, clear in the head… like they just reset their whole system. Even therapists pull up to tap in for their own mental maintenance.

The Cloud is the mission — making these practices real, accessible, and rooted in something authentic for anybody trying to get back in tune with themselves.

Long term, I’m building CloudCalm into a wellness + performance brand linking up with athletes, creators, and lifestyle leaders to push mindful movement, recovery, and real holistic health.

At the core, I’m just here to help people feel whole again — body, mind, spirit — while I keep learning from the world, the ocean, and the life around me.
